Terms of Service – Mastering Personal Efficiency
Service Agreement & Scope
By purchasing our services, you agree to these binding terms. Services include digital productivity audits, coaching sessions, and system design as described on the Services page. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30-day notice via email. Continued use after change constitutes acceptance.
- Clients must be 18+ or have guardian consent
- Services for personal and business use only; resale prohibited
- We do not guarantee specific productivity increases; outcomes vary
Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Payments via Stripe in USD; all prices exclude VAT (EU customers must supply VAT ID). Cancellations: coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 24h before; no-shows charged full fee. Digital products (e.g., system templates) are non-refundable once downloaded. Refund requests for services must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscription services auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before renewal
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 business days
- Disputes subject to binding arbitration under Swiss law
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Our liability is capped at the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss). All materials provided (audio, documents) remain our intellectual property; clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal or internal business purposes. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.
