Open Positions
- Productivity Coach (Remote, Part-Time) – Deliver one-on-one coaching using our proprietary assessment and framework. Requires certification in time management or related field, plus 3+ years coaching experience. Familiarity with GTD, Agile, and systems thinking preferred.
- UX Research Intern (Remote, 3-month contract) – Assist in qualitative studies on attention management and tool usage. Currently enrolled in HCI or psychology program. Coding skills in R or Python for data analysis a plus.
- Content Writer (Freelance) – Produce long-form articles on productivity science. Submit previous publications and a draft on a topic like ‘Deep Work Protocols for Distributed Teams’.
